Luis Garcia currently is a professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Vermont. He served as dean of the College of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences at UVM, Vermont’s land-grant university, from 2013-2018. Dr. Garcia's presentation will be held in Nursing 201. Everyone is invited to attend.
