Elevating Cougs is a free, fully remote conference experience for all WSU employees, offered by HRS Learning and Organizational Development and Modernization. This year, join Cougs from across the system on October 22nd and 23rd, 2025, for two days of engaging and valuable sessions, tailored to the WSU employee experience.
The conference features three learning tracks: Developing as a Coug, Leading as a Coug, and Workday Success Stories. This year’s presentations include a mix of practical skills, leadership and professional development, and deeper dives into Workday processes and actions. Attendees can mix and match sessions across all three tracks to create their own personalized learning journey.
Developing As a Coug
This track focuses on the enhancement of employees’ personal development, including soft skills and wellness in the workplace. Attend sessions in this track for valuable insights for all WSU employees and provide strategies to support health and work-life balance.
Leading as a Coug
Expand your leadership and team development toolbox with sessions designed for WSU employees who lead others at any level. This includes managers, supervisors, and department administrators. If you’re looking to advance as a leader or develop your personal leadership skills, check out sessions in the Leading as a Coug track.
WorkDay Success Stories
Learn proven best practices and success stories from your WSU peers to maximize your use of Workday. Customize your learning by mixing and matching sessions to deepen your expertise or explore new Workday functions. If you work in finance, HR, grants management, or payroll, register for sessions in this track.
