The WSU Spokane ITS Technical Support team is dedicated to assisting students, faculty, and staff with all technology needs. Technical Support Center (TSC) staff offer support for desktop, application and mobile devices, anti-virus software installation, virus identification and removal, phone setup and repair, and more. The TSC, located in SAC 311, is open to any member of the WSU Spokane community, and the Student Help Desk, located in the SAC lobby, is staffed by technicians who are specially trained to assist students.
