Events
The WSU Spokane Event Calendar serves as a central hub of information for the university, campus, college, and student events. Only university-sponsored or affiliated events or activities will be posted. Individuals will need to log in using their WSU credentials to access the submission form.
Announcements
WSU employees and students may submit announcements relevant to the university community for distribution through two email blasts. Please submit one business day prior to the desired publication or distribution date. Late submissions will be published in the next issue of the newsletter.
Please submit events to the Events Calendar. Announcement editors will pull relevant event content for newsletters.
Spokane Communications reserves the right to edit, modify, or reject content that does not comply with university policies or announcement guidelines. For assistance, questions, or corrections after publishing, please contact spok.comm@wsu.edu.
WSU Spokane Campus Announcements (Employee Newsletter)
The Campus Announcements is an internal email publication distributed on Tuesdays and Thursdays to WSU Spokane-based employees. Content typically includes information on lectures, training sessions, deadlines, resources, and service updates.
Coug Weekly (Student Newsletter)
The Coug Weekly email newsletter is delivered once a week on Tuesdays during the academic year to all students. Content typically includes resources for students, student activities and events, as well as general deadline information.
