Webinar workshop – Functional Genomics at NCBI: High-throughput studies archived in Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO)

In practical examples, attendees will explore data resulting from a strategy that researchers often utilize in functional genomic: perturbation of a single gene and its impact on global gene expression.
