The WSU Spokane campus is home this week to WSU’s traveling, four-foot “Coug head” logo display. The mobile piece can be found in various locations around the campus from August 25- August 29.
The campus community is encouraged to celebrate their Cougar pride by taking a selfie with the display and tagging @WSUSpokane with the hashtag #GoCougs.
The display was officially unveiled last winter in the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport as part of WSU’s brand marketing campaign, Here We Go. It greeted passengers in Concourse C during their holiday travels from November through mid-January, giving alumni, students, faculty, and fans a chance to celebrate Cougar pride.
This year, the installation will travel around the WSU system as part of an ongoing internal brand campaign. WSU Spokane will host the display as part of its Week of Welcome.
