Student Enrollment Services supports WSU Spokane’s academic community of students, alumni, faculty, and staff. We can assist you with registration, petitions, student records, transcripts, enrollment verifications, and campus space scheduling.

Register for Classes

MyWSU makes it easy to register in classes and manage enrollment independently through the Student Center. Helpful how-to videos can also guide you through the registration process. However, contact our office for assistance if you are experiencing registration holds.

Modify Enrollment or Withdraw from Term

Use the links below to modify your enrollment or withdraw from all courses after the term has started.

Enrollment Verifications

WSU Spokane uses the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to provide instant access to your enrollment verification. If you are not able to use the NSC, you will need to submit a Spokane Verification Request Form and allow 7-10 business days for processing.

Academic Deadline and Refund Petitions

You have the ability to petition for exceptions to academic deadlines and refunds, depending on the circumstances.

  • Apply for Residency: Learn more about qualifying and applying to become a Washington State Resident.
  • Diploma Services: Check the status of your diploma or order a diploma replacement or additional copies.
  • FERPA Rights and Privacy: Learn more about students’ legal rights to protect their academic records.
  • Liability Insurance: WSU offers insurance to interns while in a required clinical practicum at off-campus locations that are not under the control and supervision of WSU employees.

Tuition Waivers

WSU Spokane offers tuition waivers to eligible employees and senior citizens, allowing them to reduce the cost of their education. The Employee Tuition Waiver is available for state employees, with application dates running from August 1st through the 10th day of classes in the fall and from December 15th through the 10th day of classes in the spring.

Senior citizens can take advantage of reduced tuition through the Senior Citizen Tuition Waiver (PDF), designed to make continuing education more affordable for those aged 60 and older. Be sure to apply within the designated periods to take full advantage of these opportunities.
