In this two-hour introductory webinar to GEO, you will learn about the content and organization of the GEO archive and individual records. In practical examples, attendees will explore data resulting from a strategy that researchers often utilize in functional genomic: perturbation of a single gene and its impact on global gene expression. First Aid/AED/CPR classes are open to all faculty and staff on campus. Employees should seek approval to cover the expense of the class from their department prior to registering.
