Join us for the inaugural Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine Staff Council Committee meeting! The Staff Council was created to foster an inclusive space where staff are heard, valued, celebrated and empowered to influence positive change within the organization. Together, we'll explore questions important to College of Medicine staff. Our first meeting will be an opportunity to get to know the Staff Council, hear perspectives from guest leadership, Dean James M. Record, MD, JD, FACP and Craig Fischer, Senior Director of Organizational Leadership and Development, and learn more about the vision and purpose behind the Council. Staff are encouraged to ask questions, share their thoughts, and join the conversation throughout this 45-minute interactive discussion.
