Health Sciences Library

Supporting the health sciences programs of Washington State University.

Course Reserves

Faculty may provide access to highly-used Required Readings material by putting it on reserve. The library staff provide both physical and electronic reserve support.  Reserves may include library owned or faculty provided materials, digital holdings under copyright or licence, and freely available open-access materials.

Digital and physical reserves may take a week, or more, on average to process. Please contact the library for inquiries regarding reserves material for the Spokane Campus.

Students can use Course Reserves at the Library. Materials that are owned by faculty and on loan to the library can be checked out for brief periods at the circulation desk during staffed hours. Materials owned by the library are available with the Reference materials on the main floor of the library. These items must be kept within the library. Once you are finished using an item, please place it either back on the shelf or on the shelving cart in front of the circulation desk.
