Campus Safety Update: Protest near campus 3/30
WSU administration and Spokane Campus Security have been notified that a public protest will occur on Monday, March 30 in the afternoon near the east side of campus at the intersection of E. Spokane Falls Blvd. and N. Sherman St. Campus Security is working closely with the Spokane Police Department and the security teams at adjacent properties to coordinate the management of traffic flow, enforce parking policies, and maintain access to campus services.
There is no imminent threat to campus safety at this time. However, to minimize unnecessary pedestrian and vehicular traffic, the campus community is encouraged to avoid the area on Monday afternoon. Any changes to campus operations or security will be communicated via Everbridge.

Campus affiliates include employees or students who work or attend class on or near the WSU Spokane campus. These include employees and students of Eastern Washington University, employees at the Spokane Teaching Health Clinic, and tenants of the Ignite Northwest Building. Campus affiliates can sign up for alerts directly via Everbridge by creating an account and password.
