WSU Spokane facilities are open to the public for official business 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Monday-Friday via specific entrances, listed below. Access to certain facilities after hours (nights, weekends, and holidays) is limited to WSU students and employees with their CougarCard.

Kirk H. Schulz Academic Center (SAC)

600 N. Riverpoint Blvd.

  • All exterior doors are unlocked Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • 24/7 access with a valid CougarCard or EWU ID card
  • Library: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM. EWU students are restricted to public library hours only. 24/7 access with a valid CougarCard.
  • The Bookie: Monday-Friday 10 AM – 4 PM. Summer hours vary.
  • Riverpoint Cafe: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM – 4 PM. Friday closing at 3 PM. Summer hours vary.

  • Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, north door only.
  • All other doors are card access only with a valid CougarCard from 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

  • U-Fit is 24/7 access for students with valid CougarCard and signed waiver.

  • This building is card access only.
