You can now register for online classes in Summer Session 1 (May 10 through June 20), Summer Session 2 (June 21 through August 1), and Summer Session 3 (August 2 – 15). To see online class schedules and to register, go to University Recreation’s online fitness classes web page.
Our on-campus, no-sweat flow yoga classes help you maintain and gain flexibility, build strength, and relax your mind. The class is ongoing and runs most of the year, except on university holidays and during the December break.
