Free University Recreation Online Fitness Classes
Fight those winter blues by being active!
University Recreation is offering free online classes to students, faculty, staff, and non-members with a WSU Network ID during Spring 2021 session 1 (from Monday, January 18, through Sunday, March 14). Registration is required. To see class schedules and to register, go to University Recreation’s online fitness classes web page.
Our on-campus, no-sweat flow yoga classes help you maintain and gain flexibility, build strength, and relax your mind. The class is ongoing and runs most of the year, except on university holidays and during the December break.
