NEW! WSU COVID-19 Wellness Resources

  • WSU University Recreation Center Online Remote Programming
    (Fitness offerings, aquatics workouts, American Red Cross certification courses, outdoor education clinics, intramural sports remote activities, and wellbeing webinars, many of which are offered for free)
    Note: From Monday, Nov. 30, through Sunday, December 13, online classes are FREE for all WSU students, faculty, staff, and non-members.
  • Free Zumba Gold and Yoga Classes, Offered by CAHNRS
    (Enjoy free Zumba Gold and Introductory Yoga classes taught by Robert Yarbrough of the WSU College of Agricultural, Human and Natural Resources. Open to WSU employees, staff, faculty, retirees and spouses.)
  • Ergonomics While Working from Home (YouTube)
    (Learn easy tips to set up your home office to maximize comfort and reduce the risk of ergonomic injury. Presented by Sarah Greer, an industrial hygienist with WSU Environmental Health & Safety.)

  • Daily Coug Connect
    (Experts system-wide present 30-minute Zoom sessions for WSU employees. Topics include health and wellness tips, activities, and HRS related updates. Offered weekdays at 10 a.m.)
  • Cougar Health Services Mental Health Resources
    (Resources to help you develop and maintain healthy habits and information about ways to access help if you need it)
  • WSU Employee Assistance Program
    (Confidential counseling and referral services to WSU faculty, administrative professional, and classified staff, with the goal of identifying, managing, and resolving personal and work-related issues that may affect job performance or quality of life issues)
  • WSU Employee Assistance Program COVID-19 Resources
    (Webinars on self-care, parenting/family, and working from home, informational handouts, and other resources for Washington State employees)
