RSO Printing Request Form
The Student Leadership and Involvement staff are working from home during the Covid pandemic. Since no actual events will be taking place on campus, please communicate electronically at this time.
Senate Funding Request Form
Senate Funding Requests are being accepted and processed electronically. You will be notified by the Senate Committee via Zoom to present your request to the Senate.
Purchase Request Form
Purchase Requests are being processed electronically and may take a few extra days to process. Purchases will be screened to allow for only events which can be done virtually. Please add your contact information so virtual purchases, and exceptions for these purchases, can be made.
Event Request Form
The Event Request Form for any event (e.g., involvement, community engagement, etc.) will be managed in GivePulse. Please adhere to the CDC and state guidelines when planning your events. Your submission will be reviewed by your advisor, ELC Student Hub staff, and preceptor (if applicable). Please submit your proposal two (2) weeks in advance to allow enough time to approving.
