Any of these tahini dips are absolutely beautiful next to any plate of veggies. I haven’t decided which is my favorite yet, as they all are so tasty and nutritious! Even the beet tahini dip has got me dipping for more, and I have a very hard time eating beets (and enjoying it). With so little prep try any of these recipes out today!
Green Tahini Ranch Dip
Makes: 8 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Baby Spinach, packed
- 1/2 Cup Tahini
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Fresh Dill and/or Chives
- 2 Tbsp White-Wine Vinegar
- 1 Clove of Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions:
- Process all ingredients in a blender until mostly smooth
- Cut up some favorite veggies of yours and serve!

Turmeric-Ginger Tahini Dip
Makes: 8 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Tahini
- 1/4 Cup Rice Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger, grated
- 2 tsp Turmeric, ground
- 1 tsp Garlic, grated
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions:
- Whisk all ingredients together in a medium bowl until well combined and serve immediately!

Pomegranate-Beet Tahini Dip
Makes: 8 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Tahini
- 1/3 Cup Kefir, plain
- 1/4 Cup Red Beet, finely grated
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp Pomegranate Juice
- 1 tsp Cumin, ground
- 1 tsp Honey (local if you can!)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions:
- Whisk together all ingredients in a medium bowl until well combined and serve immediately!
