Any of these tahini dips are absolutely beautiful next to any plate of veggies. I haven’t decided which is my favorite yet, as they all are so tasty and nutritious! Even the beet tahini dip has got me dipping for more, and I have a very hard time eating beets (and enjoying it). With so little prep try any of these recipes out today!

 

Green Tahini Ranch Dip

Makes: 8 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Baby Spinach, packed
  • 1/2 Cup Tahini
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Fresh Dill and/or Chives
  • 2 Tbsp White-Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Clove of Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions:

  1. Process all ingredients in a blender until mostly smooth
  2. Cut up some favorite veggies of yours and serve!

Turmeric-Ginger Tahini Dip

Makes: 8 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Tahini
  • 1/4 Cup Rice Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger, grated
  • 2 tsp Turmeric, ground
  • 1 tsp Garlic, grated
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions:

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a medium bowl until well combined and serve immediately!

Pomegranate-Beet Tahini Dip

Makes: 8 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Tahini
  • 1/3 Cup Kefir, plain
  • 1/4 Cup Red Beet, finely grated
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Pomegranate Juice
  • 1 tsp Cumin, ground
  • 1 tsp Honey (local if you can!)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions:

  1. Whisk together all ingredients in a medium bowl until well combined and serve immediately!
