Note: As a reminder, it is best practice to plan for a 3 to 5 percent yearly rate increase when proposing studies and submitting grants.

Payment Policy
- Fifty percent (50%) is due at the initiation of the project.
- Invoices will be issued every 60 days or whenever expenses exceed $500. An invoice for the balance will be issued upon completion of the project.
- The buyer has two weeks to register a complaint about or report any damage to the delivered product. If the complaint or damage is caused by the Biomedical Engineering and Design Research Center, the reinstatement work will be done at no additional charge to the customer.
