Genomics

The Genomics Service Center provides a variety of genetic and genomic services, from DNA/RNA extraction to next-generation sequencing (NGS) and bioinformatics.

We use Illumina platform for NGS services. Typical sequencing applications performed at the service center include:

• RNA-seq
• whole genome sequencing
• whole-exome sequencing
• metagenomics
• amplicon sequencing

We also accept libraries pre-made by users and custom NGS projects. Other genetic and genomic services include DNA/RNA extraction and quantification, genotyping by PCR or real-time PCR, etc.  We also provide bioinformatics services such as RNA-seq data analysis, whole-genome reseq data analysis, and gene functional annotation.
